Business Operations

The Operations department takes care of the facility, systems, operational procedures, safety, reception and environment. Operations also gets involved in agency strategic initiatives.

Creative

Members of the Creative department work in teams to produce work for clients and for the agency itself. Teams include creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters and interactive designers.

Interactive Services

This is where design meets software. Interactive Services programs interactive media designed to solve business and marketing problems for clients. We consult with Strategy and Account Management on new technologies, work with Creative to develop killer interfaces, program every functional aspect of interactive projects, and test everything to ensure quality.

Media

The Biggs|Gilmore Media department’s mission is to be an integral and vital resource for our clients, both internal and external, providing strategic, innovative media solutions, and precise, accountable buying services.

Project Management Office

The Project Management Office is responsible for figuring out how to get all interactive projects done on time. Acting like a combination of air traffic controllers and peace negotiators, project managers also serve as consultants to the agency and are responsible for standardizing project management policies and procedures.

Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning is responsible for gaining knowledge about the business and industries of our clients/prospects, and for applying that knowledge to develop strategies and intellectual properties to promote growth. These strategies capitalize on Biggs|Gilmore’s core competencies of creativity, technology and strategy. Strategic Planning is instrumental in the development of the agency’s “institutional knowledge” and its reputation as a marketing partner to clients.

Account Management

Account Management teams serve as the primary interface between the agency and the client, managing the affairs of the accounts to mutual benefit.

By gathering input from many other experts at the agency, they act as marketing and strategic counsel to clients. Account Management teams communicate project objectives and scope to the internal teams, such as Creative and Interactive. They manage budgets, account growth, project details and deadlines for completion of client projects and campaigns.
